Accessibility Statement

The Selfish Chef Ltd, trading as Axis Partners AI, wants everyone who visits this website to be able to use it comfortably, whatever technology they are using and whatever their abilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

How accessible this website is

We built this site ourselves, so its accessibility is in our hands rather than a platform’s. It is designed to be fully conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA, and includes:

  • A skip-to-content link as the first focusable element on every page.
  • Semantic page structure with one main heading per page, landmark regions and labelled navigation.
  • Full keyboard operation of menus and forms, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Text that resizes without loss of content, and layouts that reflow down to small screens.
  • Colour contrast checked against the AA minimum for text and controls.
  • Animation that switches off when your system asks for reduced motion.
  • Form fields with visible labels, and error and success messages announced to screen readers.

Known limitations we are still working on:

  • Case-study pages do not yet include screenshots with descriptive alternative text; when we add imagery, every image will carry one.
  • Some decorative hairlines animate as they enter view. They carry no information and are disabled under reduced motion.

What we are doing to improve

  • We check new pages against WCAG 2.2 Level AA before publishing, using automated tooling and keyboard-only and screen-reader passes.
  • We review this statement whenever the site changes significantly, and at least once a year.
  • We act on all accessibility feedback we receive, normally within 10 working days.
