AI Automation
AI agents and automated workflows that take repeated, multi-step work off your team, built into the tools you already use, reviewed by a person, and measured in hours saved.
Services
Automation Audit
Half a day mapping where the hours actually go. You get a ranked list of the processes worth automating, what each would save, and what the first build should be. Grounded in what we can also build, so the list is never theory.
AI Agents for Multi-Step Work
Agents that draft, chase, file and schedule in your organisation's voice, built with an approval step so a person signs off before anything leaves the building.
Drafting from Your Own Records
Letters, reminders, reports and updates written from the data you already hold, in your tone, reviewed before they are sent.
Scheduled Monitoring
Websites, prices, menus, registers and deadlines watched on a schedule, with what changed sent to you, replacing the job nobody has time for.
System and API Integrations
Connecting the platforms, payments and data sources your business runs on, so a job entered once is entered once.
Dashboards and Live Reporting
Reporting that builds itself from your systems, replacing the weekly spreadsheet and the person who maintains it.
Where it runs today
What automation is not
It is not a chatbot bolted onto the website.
Point solutions impress in a demo and plateau within a quarter. The automations that earn their keep sit inside a real process: they read your records, draft in your voice, chase on a schedule and hand the decision to a person. Each one is scoped against the hours it saves, measured after it goes live, and kept only if the number moves.
The work is encoding what your best people already know, so the system applies it consistently. Generic AI with no context gives you generic output you have to redo.
Where we have shipped work
Most of what we build is the same job in any sector: understand the work, encode what the team knows, ship a system that lasts. These are the sectors where we have done it so far. If yours is not here, the process does not change.
Questions
Is AI automation worth it for a small business?
When it removes a repeated, dated, documentable job, yes. We start with an audit that puts a number of hours on each candidate, build the one with the biggest number, and measure it. If the number does not move, we both know early.
Which tools do you use?
Claude for the drafting and reasoning, conventional code for everything else, and the platforms you already pay for as the systems of record. Nothing is locked to a no-code tool you would have to keep paying for.
Will it replace our staff?
It replaces the admin, not the people. The automations we build take the chasing, drafting and watching off a person so they can spend the hours on judgment and relationships.
How do you keep it accurate?
We build in an approval step for anything that leaves the organisation and a log of every run, and the automation works from your own records rather than from memory. Where accuracy is the whole point, as with Blackletter, the system cites a source or abstains.
How do we start?
With the automation audit: half a day, a ranked list, and a fixed price for the first build. If nothing on the list is worth building, you have the list and we part on good terms.
