What does bespoke software cost in the UK?
It depends on what it replaces. We scope the first piece against the hours or the subscriptions it saves, agree a fixed price before we start, and keep the first project small enough to prove the number. There is no retainer unless you want one.
How long does a build take?
A first working tool is a small project. A platform is delivered in stages, with each stage in use before the next starts, so nothing waits for a big launch.
Do you use AI to build it?
Yes, where it genuinely speeds up the work, with the code reviewed and tested before it ships. The system you get is conventional, maintainable code, not a prompt.
Who owns the code?
You do. The repository, the hosting account, the domain and the data are all in your name from the first commit.
What happens after launch?
You get documentation and a handover. If you want us to keep running and improving it, that is a monthly retainer with a named person; if not, you own everything you need to carry on.
Do you work with businesses outside Birmingham?
Yes. We are based in Birmingham and most of the work is remote, so location is not a constraint.
