Where the time goes
Most care organisations have the same shape of problem. A small team, a lot of records, and a set of deadlines that do not move: training expiries, DBS renewals, supervision dates, inspection evidence, family updates. The work gets done, but it gets done from memory, spreadsheets and inboxes, and the same person chases the same thing every month.
The organisations around care have it too. An awards operator runs the same annual cycle for every programme: nominations, judging, finalists, sponsors, the gala. A media group keeps a family of websites that drift apart because each one was built on its own.
What we do about it
We do not sell care-management software. Person Centred Software, Log my Care and the others do that well, and most providers already have one. We build the layer around it: the tools that take a repeated job off a person, draw on the records you already keep, and leave a trail an inspector can follow.
The first project is kept small enough to be in use quickly and measured against one number, usually hours saved a week. If that number moves, the next piece follows. If it does not, we both know early.

Designed for the same group that runs the awards: its nine awards programmes on one layout re-themed per brand, and two publication sites with the same design DNA, so the family looks and works as one.

Questions
Do you replace our care-management system?
No. We build around it. The system holds the care records; we build the reporting, reminders and communications that draw on them, and integrate through its export or API where one exists.
Where is the data hosted?
On infrastructure that can be hosted in UK or EU regions, encrypted in transit and at rest. The data-processing terms are agreed in writing before any records are moved, and the accounts are set up in your name.
How long does a first build take?
A first working tool is a small project. A full platform like the awards system is delivered in stages, with each stage in use before the next starts, so nothing waits for a big launch.
How do you charge?
A fixed price for the build, agreed before we start and scoped against the hours it saves. A monthly retainer only if you want us to keep running and improving it.
Do you work with awards, events and media organisations as well as providers?
Yes. The awards platform and the eleven-site design system are both for organisations that serve the care sector rather than deliver care, and the same approach applies.
