Software and AI for media and advertising agencies
Agencies run on planners, spreadsheets and client deadlines. We build the internal platforms, reporting automation and AI tooling that let a planning team spend its hours on the plan rather than the paperwork.
Where the time goes
A media agency sells judgment and buys it back with admin. Campaign reports are assembled by hand from platform exports every week. Client SOPs live in a shared drive and in the heads of the people who wrote them. Decks are rebuilt from scratch for every pitch. AI is used, but in a dozen browser tabs with a dozen different standards, so the output is only as good as whoever typed the prompt.
What we do about it
We have built this inside a UK media planning and buying agency: an internal platform the planning team works from, a library of AI skills that encode the agency's own ways of working so every planner gets the same quality of output, and managed agents that run repeated processes on a schedule with a person signing off before anything reaches a client.
The thread through all of it is encoding what the agency already knows. Generic AI with no context gives a planner generic output they have to redo. AI that carries the agency's templates, rate cards, client history and house standards gives them a first draft worth starting from.
What we have built
An internal platform for a UK media agency
A full-stack internal platform, designed, built and deployed inside a UK media planning and buying agency, bringing the tools a planning team works from into one place.
An AI skills library for planners
Invocable skills that encode the agency's SOPs, templates and standards, with the infrastructure to share them across the business, so AI output arrives in the agency's own way rather than the model's.
Managed agents for repeated processes
Agents that run multi-step agency processes on a schedule, built with an approval step so a person signs off before anything reaches a client.
What we can build for you
Proposals drawn from the work above, not a product list. Each one is scoped and priced for the organisation it is built for.
Campaign reporting automation
Platform data pulled into one live report, so the weekly client update builds itself and the planner writes the commentary rather than the tables.
Client SOPs as AI skills
Each client's way of working encoded once, so briefs, plans and responses come out to the same standard whoever is on the account.
Pitch and deck production
From brief to a first draft in the agency's own templates, with the research, the structure and the numbers in place for the team to sharpen.
Media plan sense-checks
Budgets, flighting, rate cards and reach assumptions checked against the agency's rules before a plan goes to the client.
An agency knowledge base
Past plans, results, rates and learnings made queryable in plain English, so institutional knowledge stops living in one head.
Leadership dashboards
Margin, utilisation, pipeline and client health in one view, drawn from the systems the agency already uses.
Questions
We already use ChatGPT and Copilot. Why would we need this?
Those are the model. What an agency lacks is the context: its templates, rate cards, client history and standards. We encode that once so every planner gets the agency's output, not a generic one, and the tools sit inside the systems the team already uses.
Is client data safe?
The platforms run in accounts the agency owns and access is controlled per client. AI providers are used on commercial or API terms that do not train on your data, confirmed with you before any client data is involved. Data goes to a provider only where a workflow needs it, and outputs reach a client only after a person approves them.
How does it fit with the ad platforms and tools we already use?
Through their exports and APIs where they exist. The point is to connect what you already pay for, not to replace it.
How does a planning team take to it?
It is built with the planners rather than for them, one workflow at a time, starting with the job that costs the most hours. Adoption follows when the first tool saves someone a Friday afternoon.
How do you charge?
A fixed price per tool or stage, agreed before we start and scoped against the hours it saves. A monthly retainer only if you want us to keep running and improving it.
