Websites and admin tools for golf, tennis and rugby clubs
A members' club runs on volunteers and one overworked secretary. We redesign club websites inside the platform the club already uses, and build the admin tools that give the committee its evenings back.
The problem with club websites
Most club sites were built on the club's management platform years ago, whether that is IntelligentGolf, ClubV1, ClubSpark or a governing-body system. The platform is good at tee times, court bookings and membership, and less good at making the club look like the place it is. Everyone knows the site is dated. Nobody touches it, because a migration would put bookings, members' logins and years of data at risk.
Redesign, not migration
We keep the platform. The booking engine, the members' area and the data all stay exactly where they are. What changes is everything a visitor sees: the photography, the typography, the story of the course or the courts, the way a prospective member finds the thing they came for. We have built standalone concept redesigns for nine golf and tennis clubs around Birmingham to show what that looks like, and we show them on request.
Beyond the website
The same committee that puts up with the website is also chasing renewals, registering players, keeping safeguarding records current and finding the health and safety evidence an insurer asks for. Those are repeated, dated, documentable jobs, which is precisely what software is for. We build them one at a time, starting with the one that costs the most volunteer hours.
What we have built
Concept redesigns for nine clubs
Standalone concept sites for golf and tennis clubs across the West Midlands, built from each club's real course, courts, crest and history to show what its site could become before anything is touched. Shown on request.
What we can build for you
Proposals drawn from the work above, not a product list. Each one is scoped and priced for the organisation it is built for.
Website redesign inside your platform
IntelligentGolf, ClubV1, ClubSpark and the rest: a modern club site with your bookings, members' area and data untouched.
Membership renewals and onboarding
Renewal chasing that runs itself, and a new-member pack with the forms, the rules and the welcome in one place.
Safeguarding and compliance records
DBS expiries, safeguarding roles and governing-body registration deadlines tracked with reminders, so the audit is a print-out rather than a panic.
Health and safety evidence
A compliance calendar and document vault with expiry reminders, so the evidence an insurer or auditor asks for is current and findable.
Junior section and parent communications
Fixtures, training changes and consent forms sent in one go, in the club's voice, with a record of who has seen what.
Leagues and competitions
Entries, draws, results and tables for club competitions and simulator leagues, run from a page rather than a spreadsheet.
Questions
We are on IntelligentGolf, ClubV1 or ClubSpark. Can you work with it?
Yes, that is the point. The redesign is done inside the platform's own templates and theme, so the tee sheet, court booking and members' area stay on the platform rather than being rebuilt.
Will members have to log in differently?
No. Logins, bookings and the members' area stay where they are. The aim is that members notice a better site, not a new system.
We are volunteers with a small budget.
The first project is sized to be small, usually the website or one admin tool, with a fixed price agreed up front. Nothing is bought that has not earned its place.
How long does a redesign take?
A short project, because nothing is migrated: the work is design and templates, not data. The admin tools follow one at a time.
Do you only work in the West Midlands?
We are based in Birmingham and the concept work so far is local, but the work is remote and the same approach applies to clubs anywhere in the UK.
